Our internship program takes place on project sites and in offices. Working one-on-one with other engineers, field supervisors and business professionals on a project, you will be given real responsibilities and have the opportunity to present your experiences to senior managers at the end of your internship. You will be tasked with learning about and being involved with procurement, scheduling, shop drawings, document control, estimating, change management, accounts payable and sales and marketing. In addition to all of this hard work, social and networking events will give you the opportunity to meet key executives and colleagues.
Each year in the fall and spring, we conduct nationwide college recruiting for graduating seniors who are looking for beginning career opportunities. The first role for graduating seniors may include field engineering that can lead to several career paths including estimating, project controls, project management, field supervision, strategy and business management.
