We empower and provide women networking and mentorship opportunities
CS Energy Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE) is the company’s first program to provide networking and mentorship opportunities for women. The mission of CS Energy WiRE is to support, mentor, broaden our network internally and externally, care for the community, and help each other succeed personally and professionally. This program facilitates collaboration through sponsored events and community outreach. Since its foundation in March 2020, CS Energy WiRE has empowered women to take on new leadership roles and opportunities within the company, as well as enabled CS Energy to increase the amount of women hired by 70 percent.
CS Energy WiRE was founded by Janani Ramkumar, Dawn Robinson and Diana Palazzi Mery.
